These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations, bookings and travel services arranged by Safari Lab. By confirming a booking or making a payment against a Safari Lab quotation or invoice, you agree to the terms applicable to that booking.
Safari quotations
Safari itineraries and quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time of enquiry. Prices, availability, park fees, taxes, exchange rates, flight schedules, permits and accommodation may change until services are confirmed and paid for as required.
Custom itineraries
Safari Lab specialises in customised travel. Routes, hotels, lodges, activities, transfers and game-drive arrangements may vary according to travel dates, availability, traveller preferences, weather, park regulations and operational conditions.
Booking confirmation and payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after Safari Lab has acknowledged the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received. Payment schedules, cancellation conditions and any non-refundable components will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice or booking communication.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation or amendment charges may apply once services have been reserved or paid for. Hotels, airlines, transport providers, park authorities and other suppliers may impose their own cancellation or change conditions. Safari Lab will communicate applicable charges based on the services involved.
Travel documents and entry requirements
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, health documents, insurance and other documents required for their journey unless a specific service is expressly included in the confirmed itinerary.
Wildlife and safari conditions
Wildlife sightings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed. Game-drive routes, timings and access may be affected by weather, road conditions, park rules, animal movements, safety considerations or instructions from relevant authorities.
Third-party suppliers
Safari Lab arranges services provided by independent hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, guides, activity operators and other suppliers. Their services may be subject to separate operational rules and conditions.
Changes beyond our control
Where circumstances beyond reasonable control affect travel arrangements, including severe weather, government action, park closure, transport disruption, natural events, security situations or supplier failure, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with suitable alternatives where practicable. Additional costs may apply.

Unless otherwise stated, text, design, branding and original photographs on safarilab.in are owned by or licensed to Safari Lab and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
