Nikita and Sanjay make an amazing team at Safari Lab. They are extremely polite, professional, and highly experienced. From recommending the perfect hotel to arranging an excellent guide, every suggestion they made was absolutely spot on. Mara Simba is a wonderful property, especially for Indian travelers, including those who prefer vegetarian or Jain food. The hospitality was exceptional, and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. A special mention to our guide, Gabriel, who was knowledgeable, courteous, and just as enthusiastic as we were about spotting wildlife. His passion and expertise made the safari experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Safari Lab to anyone planning a safari trip to Masai Mara.

They were incredibly supportive throughout our entire journey and went above and beyond to assist us. What impressed us the most was their availability even at 5 a.m., they answered our calls and helped us whenever we were stuck or needed guidance. Their team is reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about their customers.They even sent us thoughtful goodies (their label caps), which we really appreciated.
