The booking process was pretty smooth. Ms. Nair booked best possible gates in the available time for us using her knowledge of sightings and availability at different gates. She also managed to book one additional gate at our request at a short notice. Accommodation, food, travel was all as per expectation. It was our 1st safari experience. We had senior citizens and kids with us. Overall experience was very nice. Though it was short trip but it was not hectic. Complete planning schedule was top notch. They carefully tailored the itinerary to match my preferences, ensuring that every detail. A hotel they recommended was nice , offering both comfort and good food. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to creating a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. We spotted 11 tigers in all 3 safaris. My wife and me visited Tadoba which is arranged by Safari Lab. Comfortable stay in Waghai resort very nearby Moharli gate which is main core gate. Rooms are comfortable and Homely type food served at this place. Staff was very much caring. Morning safari 5.00 am they used to provide tea which is really great. We did 4 safaris which were arranged by Safari Lab. No waste of time at any place as hotel pick up and drop for all safaris were arranged. Also, we were lucky to have beautiful sighting of tigers in all our safaris and made our trip memorable. We joined Safari Lab for a week long tour of Kenya in February. And we must say that it has been the best tour of our life so far. Right from the moment we spoke to Sanjay about our expectations from Africa, and we received his recommendations, we knew that we were in good hands. Whenever we had a doubt, they would readily join us on a con-call to clear it. The on ground team in Kenya surpassed our expectations. Our driver Isaac who received us and dropped us to Mara, to Simon our guide and driver who was exceptional in tracking the famous Topi pride of lions as requested, not to mention the Cheetahs and numerous other wildlife. The staff were warm and friendly. We loved the accommodations. Crocodile camp was beautiful and my daughter was so thrilled to see the family of hippos from the dining area. Also, we were upgraded at Punda Mills camp to a luxury tent which was so spacious :). But our favourite of them all, was Mount Kenya. What an amazing experience. We could hear lions roar after dusk and then we heard a call which we didn’t understand. Simon explained that it was hyenas. It was eerie, but so cool. Special thanks to Nikita from Safari Lab for her consistent follow ups and checks at the end of each day. She ensured we always felt comfortable. I can keep writing. But to sum up what I felt, this is an amazing team to plan your African safaris with. It's been an amazing experience. Right from the stay, the resort, food.... all good. The cherry on the cake is ofcourse the jungle safaris, the sightings of the Royal Tigers on every safari, 4 at a times sometimes. There were Gaur, civets, peacocks, wild boar, and so many beautiful birds. The forest is beautiful, spotlessly clean , quiet and fragrent.
